3. Setup

The Sharper Image SBM1-SI fan is designed for simple and quick setup.

1. Place the fan on a stable, flat surface. The non-marring, slip-resistant feet will help secure its position.
2. Connect the provided 6 ft. USB cable to the USB port on the back of the fan.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible power source:
   • A computer or laptop USB port.
   • A portable charger with a USB output.
   • The included 5V wall adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
4. Ensure the connection is secure. The fan is now ready for operation.

4. Operating Instructions

The SBM1-SI fan features simple touch controls for power and speed adjustment.

1. Power On/Speed Adjustment: Locate the touch-sensitive power button on the back of the fan's motor housing.
   • Tap the button once to turn the fan on at High Speed.
   • Tap the button a second time to switch to Low Speed.
