4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The Voice Recording Button requires 2 AAA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:

1. Turn the button upside down to locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom.
2. Gently slide the battery compartment cover open.
3. Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

5. Operation

5.1 Recording a Message

You can record a message up to 30 seconds long. The previously recorded sound will be deleted when a new recording is made.

1. Locate the REC / PLAY switch on the bottom of the button (refer to Figure 2). Slide the switch to the "REC" position.
2. Position yourself approximately 20 cm (8 inches) from the button's microphone (also on the bottom, near the switch).
3. Press and hold the top red button for 2 seconds. You will hear a single "beep" sound, indicating that recording has started.
4. Begin speaking your message clearly into the microphone.
5. Release the top button once you have finished recording. You will hear two "Beep" sounds, confirming that your recording was successful. The maximum recording time is 30 seconds.

5.2 Playing Back a Message

To listen to your recorded message:

1. Slide the REC / PLAY switch on the bottom of the button to the "PLAY" position (refer to Figure 2).
2. Press the top red button. The button will play the content you just recorded.
3. To replay the message, press the top button again after the playback is complete. The voice recorder will play the recording again from the beginning.

Note: If you press the top button during playback, it will stop playing. Pressing it again will restart the recording from the beginning.

• Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid exposing the button to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
• If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
