2. Connecting the Speakers
- Connect the included speaker wire from the left (powered) speaker's output terminals to the right (passive) speaker's input terminals. Ensure positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are matched correctly.
- Connect the power supply to the left speaker's power input, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
3. Connecting Audio Sources
The A2+ speakers offer multiple connectivity options:
- USB Audio: Connect the included USB cable from your computer's USB port to the USB input on the left speaker. This provides a high-quality digital audio connection.
- 3.5mm Mini-jack: Use the included 3.5mm audio cable to connect devices like smartphones, tablets, or other audio players to the 3.5mm AUX input on the left speaker.
- RCA Inputs: For devices with RCA outputs, such as turntables (with a built-in or external phono preamp), CD players, or other audio components, use RCA cables to connect to the RCA inputs on the left speaker.

The power switch and volume control knob are located on the rear of the left speaker. Turn the knob clockwise to power on and increase volume, and counter-clockwise to decrease volume and power off.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speakers are powered on.
- On the rear of the left speaker, press and hold the "Pair" button for 3-5 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator light begins to flash.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and select "Audioengine A2+" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light will turn solid. You can now stream audio wirelessly.

3. Switching Inputs
The A2+ speakers automatically detect and prioritize active inputs. If multiple inputs are connected, the speakers will play from the most recently active source. To switch between wired inputs, simply pause playback on one source and start playback on another. For Bluetooth, ensure your device is paired and playing audio.
