4.2 TV Audio Output Settings (Important)
For optimal performance and to avoid compatibility issues, ensure your TV's digital audio output is set to PCM/LPCM format. This converter does not support 5.1 channel audio formats like Dolby and DTS.
Typical path to adjust TV audio settings:
Device Homepage → System Settings → Image and Sound → Sound Settings → Digital Audio Output → PCM

The PROZOR DAC Converter features a rotary knob on the front panel to adjust the output volume for both the RCA and 3.5mm jack outputs. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing and Playback
The converter includes an integrated Bluetooth 5.0 receiver for wireless audio streaming.
- Ensure the DAC converter is powered on.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "PROZOR RX5.0" (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
- Once paired, the converter will automatically switch to Bluetooth playback mode, and you can stream audio wirelessly.

6. Troubleshooting
- No Sound Output:
- Ensure all cables are securely connected.
- Verify the DAC converter is powered on.
- Check your source device's audio output settings. For optical/coaxial input, the source device's digital audio output must be set to PCM/LPCM. This converter does not support Dolby or DTS 5.1 channel audio.
- Adjust the volume knob on the DAC converter and your receiving audio device (amplifier, headphones).
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the converter is discoverable.
- If your phone automatically connects to the converter, but you are using an optical/coaxial input, disconnect the Bluetooth connection on your phone. Bluetooth input takes priority.
- Move your device closer to the converter to ensure it's within the Bluetooth range (up to 50 feet indoors).
- Audio Delay/Synchronization Issues:
- While the device is designed for minimal delay, ensure your source device's audio settings do not introduce additional processing that could cause latency.
