Operating Instructions
Compatible Cookware:
The SR-34AC requires induction-compatible cookware. This includes pots and pans made of cast iron, enameled iron, stainless steel with a magnetic bottom, or flat-bottomed pots/pans with a diameter between 4.7 inches (12 cm) and 10.2 inches (26 cm).
To test if your cookware is compatible, hold a magnet to the bottom. If the magnet sticks, the cookware is suitable for induction.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your induction range.
- Always Unplug: Before cleaning, ensure the unit is unplugged from the power outlet and has completely cooled down.
- Glass Cooktop:
- For light spills, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive pad. Follow the cleaner's instructions.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the glass surface.
- Stainless Steel Body: Wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For best results, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish, wiping in the direction of the grain.
- Ventilation Openings: Keep the ventilation openings clear of dust and debris. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove any buildup.
- Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter issues with your Mr. Induction SR-34AC, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outage; faulty outlet; unit malfunction. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working 220V outlet. Check circuit breaker. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Cookware is not heating. | Cookware is not induction-compatible; cookware is too small/large; cookware not centered; SmartScan error. | Use induction-compatible cookware. Ensure cookware diameter is within 4.7-10.2 inches. Center the cookware on the cooking zone. |
| Display shows an error code (e.g., "E0", "E1"). | Specific error condition (e.g., overheating, voltage issue, pan detection). | Refer to the specific error code in a more detailed manual (if available) or contact customer support with the error code. For pan detection errors, ensure compatible cookware is present. For overheating, allow the unit to cool. |
| Fan continues to run after unit is off. | Normal cooling process. | This is normal. The fan will automatically shut off once internal components have cooled sufficiently. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
