Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Dayton Audio DTA-PRO 100W Class D Bluetooth Amplifier. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your audio experience.

Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in the package:

Note:
The included power supply is capable of driving this amplifier at 2 x 40 watts per channel. To achieve the full potential of this amplifier (>50 watts per channel), a 24V 5A power supply capable of producing 120 watts of total output is recommended.
Setup
1. Connect Speakers
Connect your passive speakers to the speaker terminals on the rear panel of the DTA-PRO. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) for each channel (Left and Right).

2. Connect Audio Sources
The DTA-PRO offers multiple input options:
- Bluetooth: For wireless audio streaming from compatible devices.
- AUX (3.5mm): Connect devices with a 3.5mm audio output.
- Optical: For digital audio input from TVs, game consoles, etc.
- Coaxial: Another digital audio input option.
- PC-USB: Connect to a computer for use as an external DAC.
Connect your desired audio source cables to the corresponding input ports on the rear panel.

3. Connect Subwoofer (Optional)
If using an active subwoofer, connect it to the "SUB OUT" port on the rear panel.
4. Attach Bluetooth Antenna
Screw the included Bluetooth antenna onto the "ANT" connector on the rear panel for optimal wireless reception.
5. Connect Power
Connect the power adapter to the "DC 24V" input on the rear panel, then plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button on the front panel or the power button on the remote control to turn the amplifier on or off.

Input Selection
Press the SELECT button on the front panel or the INPUT SELECT button on the remote to cycle through available audio inputs (Bluetooth, AUX, Optical, Coaxial, PC-USB). The active input will be displayed on the front panel screen.
Volume Control
Rotate the large knob on the front panel or use the VOL+ / VOL- buttons on the remote control to adjust the volume level.
Tone Controls and EQ
Use the remote control to access tone adjustments:
- BASS/TREBLE: Adjust bass and treble levels.
- EQ: Cycle through preset equalizer settings.
- LOUDNESS: Engages or disengages loudness compensation for enhanced bass and treble at low volumes.
- DIRECT: Bypasses all tone controls for a pure audio signal.

Bluetooth Pairing
- Select Bluetooth as the input source. The front display will indicate "BT".
- On your Bluetooth device, search for "Dayton Audio DTA-PRO" and select it to pair.
- Once paired, the display will show a stable Bluetooth connection.
DAC Sampling Rate Indication
The front panel features indicator LEDs that display the sampling rate of the incoming digital audio signal (e.g., 44.1K, 48K, 88.2K, 96K, 176.4K, 192K).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the amplifier. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Ensure the amplifier has adequate ventilation. Do not block the ventilation openings.
- Environment: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Power: Disconnect the power supply if the unit will not be used for an extended period.
