- Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight.
- Do not stand on the chair.
- Do not use the chair if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
- Maximum weight recommendation: 150 kg (approximately 330 lbs).

Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required. Follow these steps carefully:
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism plate faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Backrest to Seat/Armrests: Align the backrest with the attachment points on the seat and armrests. Secure with screws. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten all screws for the armrests and backrest.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits securely into the mechanism plate.
Assembly required; instructions included.
Operating Instructions
Your WorkPro 1000 Series chair offers several adjustments for personalized comfort:
- Seat Height Adjustment: To raise the seat, lift the lever located under the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever at the desired height.
- Tilt Lock/Tension: The chair features a reclining function with two reclining positions. A lever (often on the left side) allows you to lock the backrest in an upright position or unlock it for reclining. A knob under the seat (usually at the front) adjusts the tilt tension, allowing you to control the ease of reclining. Turn clockwise to increase tension (harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (easier to recline).
- Armrest Adjustment: The armrests are height adjustable. Look for a button or lever on the side of the armrest support. Press or lift it to adjust the armrest height. Release to lock in position.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the mesh and other materials.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all moving parts, screws, and connections. Tighten any loose screws to ensure stability and safety.
- Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris (hair, dust) to ensure smooth movement.
Troubleshooting
- Chair does not adjust height:
- Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement. Contact customer support.
- Chair is wobbly or unstable:
- Check all assembly screws and bolts, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests. Tighten any loose fasteners. Ensure the casters are fully inserted into the base.
- Chair makes creaking noises:
- Creaking can often be resolved by tightening all assembly screws. Applying a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts (like the tilt mechanism or gas lift connection points) can also help, but avoid getting lubricant on the mesh or seat fabric.
- Casters do not roll smoothly:
- Inspect casters for trapped debris such as hair or lint. Clean them thoroughly. If damaged, casters may need replacement.
