4. Operating Instructions

The Eemax FlowCo SPEX2412 operates automatically on demand. There are no user-adjustable temperature controls on this non-thermostatic model.

• Activation: The unit activates automatically when water flow is detected.
• Hot Water Delivery: Hot water is delivered continuously as long as water is flowing through the unit.
• Temperature Output: The output water temperature is dependent on the incoming water temperature and the flow rate. Higher flow rates will result in lower temperature increases. The maximum output temperature is approximately 130°F (54°C).
• Energy Efficiency: The unit only consumes power when hot water is being used, contributing to energy savings.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your water heater.

• Inlet Screen Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the inlet screen filter to prevent sediment buildup, which can restrict water flow and affect performance. Turn off water supply and power before cleaning.
