2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
  • Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.
  • Inspect the unit for any damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the dispenser on a flat, stable, and level surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of space around the back and sides for proper ventilation.
  • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances (e.g., ovens, dishwashers).
  • Keep the dispenser away from moisture and corrosive gases.

4.3 Water Bottle Installation

  • Clean the neck of a new water bottle before placing it on the dispenser.
  • Remove the cap from the water bottle.
  • Carefully invert the water bottle and place it firmly onto the water bottle support at the top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated correctly to prevent leaks.
  • Water will flow into the internal tanks. Allow a few minutes for the tanks to fill completely.

4.4 Initial Power-On

  • Before plugging in, ensure the hot and cold water switches at the back are in the 'OFF' position.
  • Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the main power switch at the rear.
  • Wait approximately 5 minutes for the water tanks to stabilize.
  • Turn on the hot water switch and the cold water switch. The corresponding indicator lights will illuminate.
  • For first-time use, dispense a cup of water from each tap (hot, normal, cold) to flush the system. Discard this water.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Dispensing Cold Water

  • Place a cup under the cold water tap.
  • Press the cold water tap lever.
  • Release the lever once the desired amount of cold water is dispensed.

5.2 Dispensing Hot Water

  • The hot water tap is equipped with a child safety lock.
  • Place a heat-resistant cup under the hot water tap.
  • To dispense, push the safety lock button (usually red) and simultaneously press the hot water tap lever.
  • Release both the button and lever once the desired amount of hot water is dispensed.
  • Caution: Hot water is very hot (up to 95°C) and can cause burns. Exercise extreme care.

5.3 Dispensing Normal Water

  • Place a cup under the normal water tap.
  • Press the normal water tap lever.
  • Release the lever once the desired amount of normal temperature water is dispensed.

5.4 Using the Storage Cabinet

  • The lower cabinet provides a cool storage space.
  • Open the cabinet door to store small items like fruits, snacks, or cold beverages.
  • Close the door firmly to maintain the cool temperature.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

6.1 Cleaning the Exterior

  • Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

6.2 Cleaning the Drip Tray

  • Remove the drip tray by pulling it forward.
  • Empty any collected water and wash the tray with mild soap and warm water.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.

6.3 Cleaning Water Tanks (Descaling)

It is recommended to clean and descale the water tanks every 3-6 months, or more frequently in hard water areas.

  • Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
  • Drain all water from both hot and cold tanks by dispensing from the taps until no more water comes out.
  • Prepare a cleaning solution: Mix 1 liter of water with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar or a food-grade descaling agent.
  • Pour the solution into the water reservoir at the top.
  • Allow the solution to sit for 15-30 minutes.
  • Drain the solution through the hot and cold taps.
  • Rinse the tanks thoroughly by pouring several liters of clean water through the reservoir and draining it from the taps until no vinegar smell remains.
  • Replace the water bottle and plug in the dispenser.
