Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, and care of your Disney Frozen Singing Elsa Fashion Doll, Model E6852. The doll features long blonde braided hair, a Frozen 2-inspired outfit, and sings a snippet of "Into the Unknown" while her dress lights up. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure proper use and enjoyment of the product.
What's in the Box
Upon opening the package, please verify that all components are present:
- 1 x Elsa Fashion Doll
- 1 x Doll Outfit (Blue Dress)
- 1 x Pair of Doll Boots
- 3 x LR44 Batteries (pre-installed or included separately)
Note: Additional accessories or dolls, such as the Singing Anna doll, are sold separately.
Setup
1. Battery Installation/Activation
The Elsa doll requires 3 LR44 button cell batteries. These are typically included and may be pre-installed. If the doll is not singing or lighting up, or if the sound is faint, new batteries may be required.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the doll.
- Using a small Phillips head screwdriver (not included), carefully open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 3 new LR44 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Securely replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.
2. Switching from 'Try Me' to 'Play' Mode
The doll is often shipped in 'Try Me' mode, which plays a short snippet of the song. To enable the full song and light features, locate the small switch on the doll's back and slide it from 'Try Me' to 'Play' mode.

Operating Instructions
Activating Song and Lights
Once the doll is in 'Play' mode and has working batteries, press the button located on the doll's bodice. The doll will sing a snippet of "Into the Unknown" from Disney's Frozen 2, and her dress will simultaneously light up.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the doll, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the doll in water, as this may damage the electronic components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Hair Care
The doll's hair can be gently brushed and styled. Avoid excessive pulling or harsh brushing to prevent damage. For best results, use a doll brush or a wide-tooth comb.
Battery Replacement
When the sound becomes distorted or the lights dim, it is time to replace the batteries. Refer to the "Battery Installation/Activation" section under Setup for detailed instructions.
Troubleshooting
- Doll not singing or lights not working:
- Ensure the switch on the doll's back is set to 'Play' mode, not 'Try Me' mode.
- Check the batteries. Replace them if they are old or depleted. Refer to the "Battery Installation/Activation" section.
- Ensure the battery compartment cover is securely closed.
- Sound is distorted or too quiet:
- This typically indicates low battery power. Replace the batteries.
