Operation

Operating the Leviton LB280 circuit breaker is straightforward:

• Turning ON: Push the rocker-style switch to the "ON" position. The color indicator will show green, signifying power is flowing through the circuit.
• Turning OFF: Push the rocker-style switch to the "OFF" position. The color indicator will show red, signifying power to the circuit is disconnected.
• Tripped Breaker: If an overload or short-circuit occurs, the breaker will automatically trip to the center position. The color indicator will show orange or a specific fault color (if applicable), indicating a tripped state. To reset, first move the switch fully to the "OFF" position, then to "ON".
