3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove the PC case from its packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Ensure all accessories are present.

3.2 Component Installation Overview

The MUSETEX S6-B case supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. It features dedicated mounting points for SSDs and HDDs, and a bottom-mounted power supply unit (PSU).

3.3 Tempered Glass Panel Removal

The side and front tempered glass panels can be removed for easy access during component installation. Handle glass panels with care to prevent damage.

3.4 Storage Drive Installation

The case provides multiple locations for installing storage drives:

  • Dedicated SSD mounts behind the motherboard tray.
  • HDD/SSD cage located in the PSU shroud area.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On

Connect the power supply to a wall outlet and ensure the PSU switch is in the 'ON' position. Press the power button on the top I/O panel to start your system.

4.2 ARGB Fan Control

The case comes with 6 pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans. Lighting can be controlled via two methods:

  1. LED Button Control: Use the dedicated LED button on the I/O panel to cycle through 19 different lighting modes.
  2. Motherboard Control: Connect the 5V3PIN cable from the pre-installed ARGB control board to a compatible 5V3PIN header on your motherboard. This enables software control and synchronization of ARGB lighting. Note: 12V 4PIN motherboard headers are not compatible with this control method.

4.3 Airflow and Cooling

The case is designed with multiple airflow channels and anti-vortex vanes on the fans to ensure efficient cooling. The pre-installed fans provide optimal air circulation for your components.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Dust Filters

The case is equipped with magnetic dust filters to prevent dust buildup. Regularly remove and clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow and cooling performance.

5.2 General Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the exterior of the case, including the tempered glass panels. For internal cleaning, use compressed air to remove dust from components and fan blades. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Fans not lighting up or incorrect colors:
    • Check all fan connections to the ARGB control board.
    • Verify the 5V3PIN cable from the control board is securely connected to the motherboard (if using motherboard control).
    • Ensure your motherboard's ARGB software is up-to-date and configured correctly.
    • If using the LED button, cycle through modes to confirm functionality.
  • Poor airflow/high temperatures:
    • Clean all dust filters and fan blades.
    • Ensure fans are oriented correctly for optimal intake and exhaust.
    • Verify no cables are obstructing airflow paths inside the case.
  • Front I/O ports not working:
    • Check internal cable connections from the I/O panel to the motherboard (USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HD Audio).
    • Ensure motherboard drivers are installed correctly.
