1. Product Overview

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Charge

Carefully unpack all components from the box. Ensure you have the main base unit, additional charging bases, handsets, power adapters, and telephone line cord.

2.2 Battery Installation

Each handset requires two AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment cover on the back of each handset. Insert the batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2.3 Connecting the Base Units

  1. Main Base Unit: Connect the telephone line cord to the main base unit and then to your telephone wall jack. Connect the power adapter to the main base unit and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. Additional Charging Bases: Connect the power adapters to the additional charging bases and plug them into power outlets. These do not require a telephone line connection.

Place each handset on its respective charging base. Allow the handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before first use to ensure optimal battery performance.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Making and Receiving Calls

  • To Make a Call: Pick up a handset from its base or press the Call button. Dial the desired phone number.
  • To Receive a Call: When the phone rings, pick up the handset or press the Call button.
  • To End a Call: Place the handset back on its base or press the End Call button.

3.2 Intercom Calls

You can make internal calls between the handsets. This feature is free of charge.

  • To call another handset, press the INT button (or equivalent intercom button) and then the number of the desired handset (e.g., 2 for handset 2, 3 for handset 3).

3.3 Phonebook and Call History

  • Phonebook: Access the phonebook through the menu to store, edit, or delete up to 50 alphanumeric contacts.
  • Call History: Review the list of the last 10 received calls and the last 5 dialed numbers via the menu.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the handsets and base units. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: Replace batteries when they no longer hold a charge effectively. Use only recommended AAA rechargeable batteries.
