Troubleshooting
Before contacting service, please check the following common issues:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not operate. | No power supply; thermostat set to '0' or too warm. | Check power plug and fuse; adjust thermostat setting. |
| Temperature is not cold enough. | Door not closed properly; frequent door opening; large amount of warm food inserted; poor ventilation; thermostat setting too warm. | Check door seal and close firmly; avoid frequent opening; allow food to cool before placing inside; ensure adequate ventilation; adjust thermostat to a colder setting. |
| Excessive noise. | Appliance not level; contact with wall/furniture; normal operating sounds. | Adjust leveling feet; ensure clearance; some sounds (e.g., gurgling, humming) are normal. |
| Water accumulation inside. | Drain hole blocked; door left open too long. | Clear the drain hole (usually at the back of the fridge compartment); ensure door is closed properly. |
