7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Skyflame Spark Ignition Kit, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Igniter does not spark. | Dead or incorrectly installed AAA battery. Igniter tip is dirty or wet. Loose igniter wire connection. | Replace battery, ensuring correct polarity. Clean and dry igniter tip. Check and secure igniter wire connections. |
| Gas flows but does not ignite. | No spark from igniter (see above). Insufficient gas pressure. Igniter tip too far from gas outlet. | Troubleshoot igniter spark. Ensure main gas supply is fully open. Adjust igniter tip closer to the gas outlet if possible. |
| Flame is weak or inconsistent. | Low gas pressure. Partially closed gas valve. Obstruction in gas line or burner. | Ensure main gas supply is fully open. Turn the control key fully counter-clockwise. Inspect gas lines and burner for blockages. |
| Gas leak detected. | Loose gas connections. Damaged gas line or valve. | Immediately turn off gas supply. Tighten all connections. If leak persists or damage is visible, do not operate and contact a qualified technician. |
