Operating Instructions

1. Select Massage Side: Choose between the steel ball side for broader rolling massage or the double rubber roller side for targeted finger massage, based on your preference and the area you wish to treat.
2. Apply to Area: Gently apply the chosen side of the massager to the desired body part (e.g., individual fingers, palm, back of hand, neck).
