3. Product Features

4. Setup and Charging
Before first use, it is crucial to fully charge your Asperx Jump Starter. This ensures optimal performance and extends battery lifespan.
- Connect the Micro-USB cable to the 'IN: 5V/9V' port on the jump starter.
- Plug the other end of the Micro-USB cable into the provided Wall Charger.
- Plug the Wall Charger into a standard electrical outlet.
- The LCD screen will indicate the charging status. Charge until the battery percentage reaches 100%.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.
Note: For best results, charge the battery at least once every 3 months to preserve its lifespan, even if not in use.
5. Operating Instructions: Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps to safely jump start your vehicle:
- Insert Jumper Cables: Firmly insert the blue end of the Battery Clamp Cable into the Jump Start Socket on the Asperx Jump Starter.
- Connect Clamps to Car Battery: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your car battery. Ensure a secure connection.
- Verify Display: The LCD screen on the jump starter will light up automatically, displaying the battery percentage and indicating "JUMP START READY". If the battery is at 8.1V or higher, you may need to press the "BOOST" button if the unit does not automatically initiate the jump.
- Start the Engine: Once the display confirms readiness, start your car's engine.
- Disconnect: After the engine starts, immediately disconnect the battery clamps from your car battery, then remove the Battery Clamp Cable from the jump starter.

Important: The maximum number of times you can jump start a car within two minutes is 3. Allow the unit to cool down if attempting more starts.
6. Operating Instructions: Using as a Power Bank
The Asperx Jump Starter can charge various electronic devices:
- USB Charging: Use the 'OUT: 5V/2.1A' or 'OUT: 5V/9V' (Quick Charge 3.0) USB ports to charge smartphones, tablets, cameras, and other USB-powered devices. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the appropriate port on the jump starter.
- 12V DC Output: The 'OUT: 12V/10A' port can be used with the included Socket Adapter to power 12V devices like car vacuums, air compressors, or portable refrigerators.
7. Operating Instructions: LED Flashlight and Compass
The integrated LED flashlight offers multiple modes for different situations:
- Flashlight Mode: Press the "Light" button to turn on the flashlight.
- Flash Mode: Press the "Light" button again for a flashing light.
- SOS Mode: Press the "Light" button a third time for SOS signaling.
- Red Warning Light: From SOS mode, long press the "Light" button to activate the red warning light.
The built-in compass on the side of the unit can assist with navigation when you are outdoors or in unfamiliar territory.

- Vehicle Not Starting: Verify that the battery clamps are securely connected to the correct terminals (+ to +, - to -). Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged (ideally 100%). If the car battery is extremely low (below 8.1V), the "BOOST" function might be required.
- Overheating: If the unit feels excessively hot, discontinue use immediately and allow it to cool down. Avoid repeated jump starts within a short period (maximum 3 times in two minutes).
