Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the frother unit and the whisks with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not immerse the exterior of the frother unit or the power base in water.
3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface near a power outlet.
4. Whisk Installation:
   • For frothing (warm dense, warm airy, cold foam): Insert the frothing whisk (with the coil) onto the pin at the bottom of the frother unit.
   • For heating milk (no foam): Remove the frothing whisk and insert the heating whisk (flat disc) onto the pin.
5. Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Morpilot milk frother offers four distinct functions, easily selected with a single button.

Function Selection:

The frother has a single power button. Pressing it repeatedly cycles through the modes, indicated by LED lights.

• Warm Dense Milk Foam: Ideal for cappuccinos. Use the frothing whisk. Fill milk between MIN and MAX frothing lines. Press button once.
• Warm Airy Milk Foam: Suitable for lattes. Use the frothing whisk. Fill milk between MIN and MAX frothing lines. Press button twice.
• Hot Milk (No Foam): For hot chocolate or warm beverages. Use the heating whisk. Fill milk between MIN and MAX heating lines. Press button three times.
• Cold Milk Foam: Perfect for iced coffees. Use the frothing whisk. Fill milk between MIN and MAX frothing lines. Press button four times.

Steps for Operation:

1. Choose Whisk: Select the appropriate whisk (frothing or heating) and place it securely on the pin inside the frother unit.
2. Add Milk: Pour cold milk into the frother. Ensure the milk level is between the MIN and MAX indicators for your chosen function. Do not exceed the MAX line to prevent overflow.
3. Secure Lid: Place the transparent lid firmly on the frother unit.
4. Place on Base: Position the frother unit onto the power base.
5. Select Function: Press the power button repeatedly until the desired function's indicator light illuminates. The frother will start automatically.
6. Automatic Shut-off: The frother will automatically stop when the milk reaches the optimal temperature or consistency.
7. Serve: Carefully remove the frother unit from the base and pour the frothed or heated milk into your cup.

Note: For best results, use fresh, cold milk (dairy or non-dairy alternatives). The frother is equipped with a Strix temperature controller for safe operation and automatic shut-off at approximately 65 ± 5°C.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your milk frother.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the frother from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Remove Whisk: Carefully remove the whisk from the frother unit.
3. Hand Wash Only: The frother unit interior, lid, and whisks are hand wash only. Use warm soapy water and the provided cleaning brush to clean the non-stick interior.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water to remove any soap residue.
5. Dry Completely: Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing. Do not place the frother unit or power base in a dishwasher.
6. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the frother unit and the power base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
7. Storage: Store the frother and its components in a clean, dry place.
