Operating Instructions

Disc Compatibility

The BDR-XD05S supports a wide range of optical media:

Reading Discs

  1. Ensure the drive is connected to your computer.
  2. Press the eject button on the front of the drive to open the disc tray.
  3. Carefully place the disc (Blu-Ray, DVD, or CD) onto the tray with the label side facing up.
  4. Gently push the disc tray back into the drive until it clicks shut.
  5. Your computer should automatically detect the disc. If not, navigate to 'This PC' (Windows) or 'Finder' (Mac) and select the optical drive icon to access the disc content.

Writing/Burning Discs
