5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your Glorious Model O mouse:
- Cleaning:
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the mouse surface regularly.
- For the honeycomb shell, use compressed air to remove dust and debris that may accumulate inside.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can damage the finish and internal components.
- Cable Care:
- Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the Ascended cable to prevent internal wire damage.
- If using a mouse bungee, ensure the cable moves freely without snagging.
- Mouse Feet (Skates):
- The 100% Virgin PTFE G-Skates are designed for durability. If they show significant wear over time, replacement skates can be purchased from Glorious.
- Ensure your mouse pad is clean to prevent debris from scratching or degrading the skates.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Glorious Model O mouse, try the following solutions:

| Mouse not responding | Loose cable connection, faulty USB port, driver issue. | Ensure cable is securely plugged in. Try a different USB port. Restart your PC. Reinstall Glorious Core software. |
| Cursor erratic or not tracking | Dirty sensor, uneven surface, incorrect LOD setting. | Clean the optical sensor with compressed air. Use a clean, flat mouse pad. Adjust LOD in Glorious Core. |
| Buttons not registering or double-clicking | Software conflict, worn-out switch (less likely with Omron 20M clicks). | Ensure Glorious Core is updated. Check for conflicting software. If issue persists, contact support. |
