3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Assembly Options
The Klarstein Bornholm heater offers two primary assembly options: freestanding with wheels or wall-mounted.
Freestanding Installation (with wheels)
- Attach the provided floor stands with wheels to the bottom of the heater using the included hardware.
- Ensure all screws are securely tightened.
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface. The wheels allow for easy repositioning.
Wall Mounting Installation
Mounting materials are included for wall installation.
- Select a suitable wall location, ensuring sufficient clearance from ceilings, floors, and adjacent walls.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall according to the wall bracket dimensions.
- Drill holes and insert wall plugs.
- Secure the wall brackets to the wall.
- Carefully hang the heater onto the wall brackets, ensuring it is securely seated.
3.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, it is recommended to wipe down the unit with a dry cloth to remove any dust or manufacturing residues. This helps prevent potential odors during initial operation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
The heater can be turned on or off using the power button on the device's touch panel or the remote control.
4.2 Temperature Setting
- The temperature range is adjustable from 5°C to 45°C in 1°C increments.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the desired temperature.
- The current room temperature is displayed on the invisible LCD display.
- Note: The display shows temperature in Celsius. To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, use the formula: F° = (C° × 1.8) + 32.
4.3 Timer Function
The integrated timer allows you to set the heater to operate for a specific duration, from 1 to 24 hours. Use the timer button on the control panel or remote to set the desired operating time.
4.4 ECO Mode
