4.1 Automatic Search Method
This method allows the remote to automatically find the correct code for your air conditioner.
- Manually plug in your air conditioner. Aim the remote control directly at the receiving window (infrared sensor) of the air conditioner.
- Hold the SET button for approximately six seconds until the conditioner type code on the remote's display changes rapidly, indicating that the remote has entered high-speed conditioner type search status.
- Press the OK button to stop the search once your air conditioner automatically starts responding (e.g., turns on, makes a sound).
- Test whether the basic functions of the remote control buttons (excluding temperature, timing ON/OFF, and SET buttons) are correct. If all functions work, the code is effectively set. If not, press the SET button again to continue the search from the current point.
4.2 Manual Search Method
If the automatic search is unsuccessful, you can manually cycle through codes.
- Turn on your air conditioner manually.
- Press and hold the SET button until the three-digit code on the remote's display starts flashing.
- Repeatedly press the TEMP UP or TEMP DOWN buttons to cycle through the codes one by one. Each press will send a different code to your AC unit.
- When your air conditioner responds (e.g., turns on, changes mode, beeps), stop pressing the buttons.
- Press the OK button to confirm the code.
- Test all functions (ON/OFF, Mode, Temp, Fan, Swing) to ensure proper operation. If some functions do not work, repeat the process from step 2 to find a more compatible code.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your remote control, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions.
