The Fuzion Digital Pocket Scale is a high-precision weighing instrument designed for accurate measurements of small items. Setup
Battery Installation
The Fuzion Digital Pocket Scale requires two AAA batteries (included). To install, open the battery cover located on the underside of the scale. Insert the batteries according to the polarity indications (+/-) inside the battery compartment. Close the battery cover securely.

Initial Placement
Place the scale on a horizontal, flat, and stable surface. Ensure there are no vibrations or drafts that could affect the weighing accuracy.
Operation
Turning On/Off
Press the "ON/OFF" key to turn on the scale. The LCD display will show "0.00" or "0.000" when ready for weighing. To turn off the scale, press and hold the "ON/OFF" key until the display turns off, or it will auto-off after 180 seconds of inactivity.
Unit Conversion
Press the "MODE" key to switch between the 6 different units: grams (g), ounces (oz), grains (gn), carats (ct), pennyweights (dwt), and troy ounces (ozt).

Tare Function
To weigh items in a container, place the empty container on the weighing platform. Press the "TARE" key. The display will reset to "0.00" or "0.000". You can then add the items to be weighed into the container, and the scale will display only the net weight of the items.

Weighing Items
Place the item(s) to be weighed gently onto the center of the weighing platform. The LCD display will show the weight instantly.

Calibration
To ensure accurate results, periodically check and adjust the scale's calibration. A 50g calibration weight is included for this purpose.
- Turn on the scale by pressing the "ON/OFF" key.
- Press and hold the "MODE" key until the display shows "CAL", then release the button.
- Press the "MODE" key again. The required weight (e.g., "50.00") will flash on the display.
- Place the 50g calibration weight onto the center of the platform.
- The LCD display will show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing mode. Calibration is complete.
If the process goes wrong, repeat the steps. Check the availability of weights at the store you bought your scale from if you need additional calibration weights.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the scale, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface or internal components. Keep the scale dry.

Storage
Store the scale in its protective flip case when not in use to prevent damage to the weighing platform and display. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Troubleshooting
- "Lo" or "Lo-" displayed: Indicates low battery. Replace the AAA batteries.
- "O-Ld" displayed: Indicates overload. Remove items from the platform immediately to avoid damage.
- Unstable readings: Ensure the scale is on a stable, flat surface, away from vibrations, drafts, or electromagnetic interference. Recalibrate if necessary.
- Scale does not turn on: Check battery installation and ensure batteries are not depleted.
