Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and performance of your Alesis Virtue digital piano:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the piano's surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
  • Key Cleaning: Wipe the keys with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use excessive moisture.
  • Environment: Keep the piano away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in areas with excessive dust.
  • Transport: When moving the piano, ensure it is powered off and all cables are disconnected. If transporting over a long distance, use the original packaging for protection.
