1. Introduction

6. Installation Guide
6.1 Pre-installation Checklist
- Confirm your existing switch is a single pole switch.
- Verify that a neutral wire is present in your wall box. (Typically white, but consult an electrician if unsure).

- Mount switch: Gently push the wired switch into the wall box and secure it with screws. Attach the 2-gang wall plate.
- Restore power: Turn the power back ON at the circuit breaker. The indicator light on the switch should blink, indicating it's ready for pairing.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1 App Control (Smart Life App)
The Lesim Smart Switch operates with the Smart Life app, available for iOS and Android devices. No separate hub is required.
- Download App: Search for "Smart Life" in the App Store or Google Play Store and download the app.
- Register/Login: Open the app and register a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device:
- In the Smart Life app, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
- Select "Electrician" then "Switch (Wi-Fi)".
- Confirm the indicator light on the switch is blinking rapidly. If not, press and hold the switch button for 5-10 seconds until it blinks rapidly.
- Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and password.
- The app will begin connecting to the device. Once connected, you can rename the switch.
