Setup and Installation
Mounting the Headlight
The TSL-500R comes with both a handlebar mount and a GoPro mount adapter for versatile attachment options.
- Handlebar Mount Installation:
Secure the handlebar mount to your bicycle's handlebar using the provided strap or clamp. Ensure the mount is positioned centrally and securely tightened to prevent movement during riding. The light should be oriented to project forward. - GoPro Mount Installation:
Attach the GoPro mount adapter to the bottom of the TSL-500R headlight. Then, connect the adapter to any standard GoPro-compatible mount on your helmet or bicycle. Ensure all connections are firm.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn the light ON, press and hold the power button located on the top of the unit for approximately 1 second.
- To turn the light OFF, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second.

Mode Selection
Once the light is on, press the power button briefly to cycle through the available light modes. The TSL-500R features various steady and flash modes to suit different riding conditions and visibility needs. The integrated LED in the power button indicates battery level:
- Green: 100-75% Battery
- Blue: 75-25% Battery
- Red: 25-5% Battery
- Flashing Red: Less than 5% Battery (Recharge immediately)

Charging the Battery
The TSL-500R is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Use the provided USB charging cable to charge the unit.
- Locate the USB charging port on the underside of the light, typically protected by a rubber cover.
- Gently open the rubber cover to expose the charging port.
- Insert the small end of the USB charging cable into the light's charging port.
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a powered USB port (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The power button LED will indicate charging status (e.g., red while charging, green when fully charged).
- Charging time is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber cover to maintain water resistance.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the light body with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or lens.
- Ensure the charging port cover is closed tightly after cleaning to maintain water resistance.
Storage
- Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
