The XENEO X21 speakers are IPX6 splashproof, dustproof, and shockproof. This means they can withstand strong jets of water, but should not be submerged in water. Ensure the rubber flap covering the charging, AUX, and Micro SD ports is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

Cleaning

Wipe the speakers with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speakers frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

  • Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
  • Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (up to 100 feet). Forget previous pairings on your device and try again.
  • No sound: Check volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct mode is selected. If using AUX, verify the cable connection.
