3. Device Components

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
- Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2 Setting Date and Time
Accurate date and time settings are important for tracking your measurements.
- With the device off, press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the year flashes.
- Press the MEM button to adjust the year. Press SET to confirm and move to the month.
- Repeat this process for month, day, hour, and minute.
- Once all settings are confirmed, the device will exit setup mode.
4.3 Applying the Wrist Cuff

The cuff is designed to fit wrist circumferences between 13.5 and 21.5 cm.
- Remove any tight clothing or accessories from your left wrist.
- Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards, approximately 1-2 cm from your palm.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose. The hook-and-loop fastener should be secure.
- Position your arm so the monitor is at heart level. You can support your elbow on a table and keep your palm open.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Taking a Measurement
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Ensure the cuff is correctly applied to your wrist and your arm is positioned at heart level.
- Press the Power button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed.
- The result will be automatically stored in the device's memory.
- Press the Power button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.
5.2 Interpreting Results

The monitor features a WHO (World Health Organization) classification indicator on the left side of the display. This color-coded bar helps you understand your blood pressure readings at a glance:
- Red (Sev.): Severe Hypertension
- Orange (Mod.): Moderate Hypertension
- Yellow (Mild): Mild Hypertension
- Light Green (High-norm.): High-Normal Blood Pressure
- Green (Norm.): Normal Blood Pressure
- Dark Green (Opt.): Optimal Blood Pressure
- Blue (Hype.): Hypotension (low blood pressure)
If the irregular heartbeat symbol appears on the display, it indicates that an irregular pulse was detected during the measurement. This is not a diagnosis, but a suggestion to consult your doctor.
5.3 Viewing Memory Records
The device can store up to 60 measurement records.
- With the device off, press the MEM button.
- The most recent measurement will be displayed first.
- Press the MEM button repeatedly to scroll through older records.
- To exit memory mode, press the Power button or wait for automatic shut-off.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Clean the device and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
6.2 Storage
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
