Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, flat, and soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Casters to Rolling Cabinet Base:
- Identify the four casters. Two casters will have locking brakes.
- Attach the casters to the bottom of the rolling cabinet base using the provided hardware. Ensure the two locking casters are installed on the same side for easier access.
- Tighten all screws securely.
- Install Side Handle:
- Locate the side handle and the corresponding mounting holes on the side of the rolling cabinet base.
- Attach the handle using the provided screws and tighten them firmly.
- Place Top Tool Chest:
- Carefully lift the top tool chest and align it with the top surface of the rolling cabinet base.
- Ensure it is centered and stable. The top chest can be used separately or placed on the rolling cabinet.
- Install Side Hooks:
- Insert the provided hooks into the pegboard holes on the side of the rolling cabinet base. These are for hanging smaller tools.

Operating Instructions
- Using Drawers:
- The drawers feature ball-bearing slides for smooth opening and closing. Pull the drawer handle gently to open and push firmly to close.
- Avoid slamming drawers to prevent damage to the slides.
- Distribute the weight of tools evenly within each drawer.

- Locking Mechanism:
- The top tool chest is equipped with a lock to secure its contents. Insert the key and turn to lock or unlock.
- Ensure all drawers in the top chest are fully closed before locking.
- Keep spare keys in a safe place.
- Moving the Cabinet:
- To move the cabinet, unlock the two braking casters by flipping their levers.
- Use the side handle to steer and push the cabinet to your desired location.
- Once in position, engage the brakes on the casters to prevent unintended movement.
- Separating the Units:
- The top tool chest can be lifted off the rolling cabinet base for separate use or transport.
- Ensure the top chest is empty or its contents are secured before lifting.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the powder-coated finish.
- Drawer Slides: Periodically check the ball-bearing slides for smooth operation. If they become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant.
- Casters: Inspect casters regularly for debris or damage. Clean as needed to ensure smooth rolling and effective braking.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and bolts for tightness. Retighten if necessary to maintain structural integrity.
