3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or protective films.
3. Check that all parts are present and undamaged.

3.2 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food:

• Wash the blending jug, lid, and blade unit in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Wipe the blender base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.

3.3 Assembly

1. Place the blender base on a clean, stable, and dry surface.
2. Insert the blade unit into the blending jug. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. Place the blending jug onto the motor base. Turn it clockwise until it locks into position. The blender will not operate if the jug is not correctly secured.

4.1 General Blending

2. Add your ingredients to the blending jug. Do not exceed the 'Max' fill line.
3. Secure the lid firmly.
4. Turn the rotary dial to your desired speed setting or select a program (e.g., Pulse, Ice).
5. After blending, turn the dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.

4.2 Vacuum Blending

The vacuum function removes air from the jug before blending, reducing oxidation and preserving nutrients, color, and taste.

1. Add ingredients to the jug and secure the lid.
2. Press the Auto button for an automatic vacuum and blending cycle, or press the Vacuum button to only vacuum the jug.
3. If you selected 'Vacuum' only, once the vacuum process is complete, turn the dial to your desired speed to begin blending.
4. The blender will automatically stop when the program is finished. Turn the dial to '0' and unplug.

4.3 Using the Vacuum Storage Box

The included vacuum storage box allows you to preserve food and drinks for extended periods.

1. Fill the vacuum box with your desired food or liquid.
2. Place the lid securely on the box.
3. Connect the vacuum hose (if applicable, or place the box on the blender base if it has an integrated vacuum port) and press the Vacuum button on the blender.
4. Once the vacuum process is complete, you can set the date on the lid's indicator to track freshness.
5. Store the vacuum-sealed box in the refrigerator or freezer.
