1. Introduction and Overview

The OEDRO Front Bumper is engineered for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK & Unlimited, Sahara & Rubicon models, providing enhanced durability and functionality. Constructed from robust 5/32" steel sheets and 2"X0.120" steel tubing, it offers superior protection against collisions. The bumper is designed for high accuracy laser measuring and cutting, ensuring a correct 360° fit. It bolts directly onto factory holes, requiring no additional drilling or cutting. Ensure all components are present before beginning installation.

2.1. Pre-Installation Steps

• Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
• Open the hood to access the grille and wiring.
• Disconnect any existing fog lights or auxiliary lights from the factory bumper.
• Remove the six tabs securing the grille to the vehicle.

2.2. Bumper Removal

• Before fully tightening the bumper, re-install the grille by aligning its tabs and pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

This may involve cutting and splicing wires to connect to your existing fog light harness or a new switch panel. Ensure proper polarity and secure all connections with electrical tape or heat shrink tubing.
