4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Battery Installation

Both the keyboard and mouse require AAA batteries for operation.

1. For the Keyboard: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Open the cover and insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. For the Mouse: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse. Open the cover and insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). The USB receiver is typically stored inside this compartment; remove it before inserting batteries if present. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2. Connecting the USB Receiver

1. Ensure your computer is powered on.
2. Locate the USB receiver. It is usually stored in the mouse's battery compartment for safekeeping.
3. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
4. Your operating system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This process may take a few moments.

4.3. Powering On
