1. Important Safety Information

3. Assembly and Setup

3.1 Handle Assembly

  1. Unfold the handle assembly from its shipping position.
  2. Align the holes in the upper and lower handle sections.
  3. Secure the handle sections using the provided knobs and bolts. Ensure all connections are tight.

3.2 Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge both 40-Volt 5.0 Ah lithium-ion batteries.

  1. Connect the charger to a standard 120V AC outlet.
  2. Insert a battery pack into the charger. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
  3. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

  • Adjust the discharge chute as needed to direct snow away from cleared areas, windows, and people.
  • For deep snow, clear a partial width first, then return to clear the remaining width.

4.4 Stopping the Snow Blower

Release the bail switch to stop the motor. The auger will cease rotation. Always remove the battery packs when the snow blower is not in use or before performing any maintenance.

5.1 Cleaning

  • After each use, remove the batteries and use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior of the snow blower.
  • Clear any snow or ice buildup from the auger housing and discharge chute. Do not use water to clean the motor or battery compartments.

5.2 Battery Care

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically if not in use.
