Important Safeguards

Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the mixer for any damage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the beaters and magnetic nozzle in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth.
  3. Attaching Beaters: Insert the beaters into the openings on the underside of the mixer until they click into place. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Mixing

  1. Ensure beaters are securely attached and the mixer is plugged in.
  2. Place ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lower the beaters into the ingredients.
  4. Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-7). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then increase as needed.
  5. To stop mixing, turn the speed control dial to "0".

Using HeatSoft Technology

The HeatSoft technology gently warms ingredients, such as cold butter, to room temperature while mixing, resulting in fluffier baked goods.

  1. Prepare your ingredients in a mixing bowl. For best results with butter, cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Lower the beaters into the ingredients.
  3. Press the HeatSoft button (indicated by a wavy icon). The mixer will begin to emit gentle heat towards the beaters.
  4. Simultaneously, turn the speed control dial to your desired mixing speed.
  5. Continue mixing until ingredients reach the desired consistency and temperature. The HeatSoft function can be used continuously or intermittently.
  6. To deactivate HeatSoft, press the HeatSoft button again.

Using the Boost Feature

For an extra burst of power to handle thicker batters or to quickly incorporate ingredients, press and hold the Boost button during operation. Release the button to return to the selected speed.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hand mixer.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
  2. Eject Beaters: Press the beater eject lever to release the beaters.
  3. Cleaning Beaters: The beaters are hand-wash only. Wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately.
  4. Cleaning Magnetic Nozzle: The removable magnetic nozzle is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
  5. Cleaning Mixer Body: Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
  6. Storage: Store the mixer and its accessories in a dry place. The product comes with a convenient case for storage and portability.

Troubleshooting
