5. Setup

6.2. Weighing Items

- Place the item directly onto the weighing platform or into the stainless steel bowl.
- The weight will be displayed on the LCD screen.
6.3. Tare Function (Zeroing)
The Tare function allows you to weigh multiple ingredients consecutively without removing previous items, or to subtract the weight of a container.
- Place an empty container (e.g., the stainless steel bowl) on the scale. The display will show its weight.
- Press the ZERO/⑂ button. The display will reset to '0 g', indicating the container's weight has been tared.
- Add the ingredient you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the weight of the ingredient.
- Repeat the process for additional ingredients.
6.4. Unit Conversion
The scale can measure in grams (g), ounces (oz), milliliters of water (ml water), and milliliters of milk (ml milk).
- With the scale on, press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available units: g → oz → ml (water) → ml (milk).
