1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Unpacking:

  1. Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the oven.
  2. Inspect the oven for any damage, such as dents or a misaligned door. Do not operate if damaged.

Placement:

  • Place the microwave on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation. Leave a minimum of 10 cm (4 inches) clearance at the rear, 20 cm (8 inches) at the top, and 5 cm (2 inches) on each side.
  • Keep the microwave away from heat sources and strong magnetic fields.

Turntable Installation:

  1. Place the turntable support ring in the center of the oven cavity.
  2. Place the glass turntable securely on top of the support ring. Ensure it sits correctly in the center drive.

5. Operating Instructions

Basic Heating:

  1. Place the food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable.
  2. Close the oven door securely.
  3. Turn the Power Level Knob to select the desired power setting (e.g., 700W for full power).
  4. Turn the Timer Knob to set the desired cooking time (up to 30 minutes). The oven will start automatically.
  5. The oven will stop and a signal will sound when the set time has elapsed.
  6. Carefully remove the food. Use oven mitts as the container and food may be hot.

Defrosting Function:

The defrost function allows for easy thawing of various foods.

  1. Place the frozen food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
  2. Close the oven door.
  3. Turn the Power Level Knob to the defrost setting (indicated by a snowflake symbol or specific defrost power level).
  4. Turn the Timer Knob to set the appropriate defrosting time based on the food's weight and type.
  5. Midway through defrosting, it is recommended to turn the food over for more even thawing.
  6. Once the timer finishes, remove the food.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and longevity of your microwave oven.

Exterior Cleaning:

  • Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.

Interior Cleaning:

  • For spills and splatters, wipe the interior immediately with a damp cloth.
  • For stubborn stains, place a bowl of water with a few lemon slices inside and heat for 2-3 minutes on high power. The steam will loosen the grime, making it easier to wipe clean.
  • Ensure the oven cavity is dry before next use.

Turntable Cleaning:

  • The glass turntable and turntable support can be removed and washed in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher.
  • Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
