Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Yaheetech Wooden Garden Arch. A screwdriver is required for assembly.

Step 1: Assemble the Side Trellis Panels

1. Connect the two sections of each side trellis panel (Part 1 and Part 2) by aligning the interlocking wooden joints.
2. Secure the connection using the provided metal plates (Part 3) and screws (Part A). Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.

Step 2: Assemble the Base Supports

1. Connect the horizontal base bars (Parts 6, 7, 8) to the vertical base supports (Parts 4 and 5) using screws (Part C).
2. Ensure the base forms a stable rectangular structure.

Step 3: Attach Side Trellis Panels to Base Supports

1. Carefully lift each assembled side trellis panel and align its bottom ends with the designated slots on the base supports.
2. Secure the trellis panels to the base supports using screws (Part D).

Step 4: Install the Curved Arch Pieces

1. Attach the curved arch pieces (Part 9) to the top of the side trellis panels using screws (Part E).
2. Ensure the curved pieces form the arch shape correctly.

Step 5: Secure the Top Crossbars

1. Place the top crossbar support (Part 10) onto the center of the assembled arch.
2. Secure it with screws (Part G).
3. Attach the remaining top crossbars (Part 11) to complete the pergola-style top, securing them with screws (Part G).
