• Do not place the oven near heat sources or in a damp environment.

4. Operating Instructions

The Beko MGF23210X features an electronic control panel with a digital display, buttons for various functions, and a rotary dial for setting time and weight.

4.1 Setting the Clock (Initial Setup)

1. When the oven is plugged in, the display will show "0:00".
2. Press the "Clock" button once.
3. Turn the rotary dial to set the hour.
4. Press "Clock" again.
5. Turn the rotary dial to set the minutes.
6. Press "Clock" to confirm the setting.

4.2 Basic Microwave Cooking

1. Place food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.

4.4 Auto-Cook Programs

The oven features 8 pre-set auto-cook programs for common dishes. Refer to the control panel for specific program icons or labels.

1. Press the "Auto Cook" button.
2. Turn the rotary dial to select the desired auto-cook program number.
3. Press the "Start/+30s/Confirm" button. The oven will automatically set the cooking time and power based on the program.

4.5 Defrost Function

This function allows defrosting food by weight or time.

1. Place the frozen food in the oven.
2. Press the "Defrost" button.
3. Turn the rotary dial to select the defrost weight or time.
4. Press the "Start/+30s/Confirm" button to start defrosting.

4.6 Safety Lock (Child Lock)

To prevent unintended operation, especially by children:

• To activate: Press and hold the "Stop/Cancel" button for 3 seconds. A lock indicator will appear on the display.
• To deactivate: Press and hold the "Stop/Cancel" button for 3 seconds again. The lock indicator will disappear.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and longevity of your microwave oven.

• Oven Interior: Wipe the cavity after each use with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
