1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your TOPCHANCES Cordless Electric Scissors. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

The TOPCHANCES Cordless Electric Scissors are designed for cutting various materials such as fabric, leather, cardboard, and more, offering portability and ease of use.

2. Safety Instructions

• Always keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating the electric scissors. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
• Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

1. Ensure the electric scissors are turned off.
2. Connect the charger cable to the charging port on the electric scissors.

4. Allow approximately 70 minutes for a full charge. The indicator light on the charger or unit (if present) will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete.
5. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete. Do not leave the unit charging indefinitely.

5.2 Installing/Changing Blades
