Setup

  1. Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. Insert 4 'AA' batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

  3. Attach Hose: Connect the 10-inch hose extender to the outlet port on the side of the smoker unit. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent smoke leakage.
  4. Prepare Smoking Material: Ensure the removable smoking chamber is clean and the filter is in place.

Operating Instructions

  3. Activate Smoker: Press the power button on the unit to turn it on.
  4. Ignite Material: Using a match or lighter, carefully ignite the smoking material in the chamber. Smoke will begin to generate and be expelled through the hose.

  6. Infuse Flavor: Allow the smoke to infuse for a desired amount of time, typically a few minutes, depending on the intensity of flavor required.

  8. Turn Off: Once sufficient smoke has been generated, press the power button again to turn off the unit. Remove the hose from the container and allow the smoke to settle before opening.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your NutriChef PKSMKR25.

  1. Disassemble: Ensure the unit is turned off and completely cool. Remove the smoking chamber and the hose.
