Controls and Ports

Familiarize yourself with the buttons and ports on your speaker:

1. Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press to switch modes.
2. Play/Pause Button: Play or pause music. In Bluetooth mode, short press to answer/end calls. Long press to reject calls.
3. Volume Down / Previous Track: Short press for volume down. Long press for previous track.
4. Volume Up / Next Track: Short press for volume up. Long press for next track.
5. LED Flashlight Button: Press and hold to turn flashlight on/off. Short press to activate SOS function when flashlight is on.
6. USB Port: For USB flash drive playback.
7. TF/Micro SD Card Slot: For TF/Micro SD card playback.
8. AUX Input: For wired audio connection.
9. DC 5V Charging Port: For charging the speaker.

Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

2. Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue LED light.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "NR-4016A" from the list.
4. Once paired, the blue LED light will stop flashing and remain solid, and you will hear a connection tone.
5. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.

4. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing (Requires two NR-4016A speakers)

1. Ensure both NR-4016A speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not connected to any device.
2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Play/Pause button. The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation tone once TWS pairing is successful.
4. Now, enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and connect to the primary speaker ("NR-4016A").
5. Audio will now play in stereo through both speakers.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Mode

• After successful Bluetooth pairing, open your music player on your device and start playback.
• Use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the speaker or your device to adjust volume.
• Long press Volume Up/Down for Next/Previous track.
• Short press Play/Pause to play or pause music.

2. FM Radio Mode

1. Short press the Power button to cycle through modes until you hear "FM Mode".
2. In FM mode, short press the Play/Pause button to automatically scan and save available radio stations. The speaker will play the first found station.
3. Use the Volume Up/Down buttons (long press) to navigate between saved stations.

3. USB/SD Card Mode

1. Insert a USB flash drive or a TF/Micro SD card (up to 32GB, not included) with MP3 audio files into the respective port.
2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or SD card mode and begin playing music. If it doesn't, short press the Power button to cycle modes.
3. Use the Play/Pause and Volume Up/Down buttons as in Bluetooth mode for control.

4. AUX Audio Input Mode

1. Connect one end of the provided audio cable to the AUX port on the speaker and the other end to the audio output of your device (e.g., laptop, MP3 player).
2. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If it doesn't, short press the Power button to cycle modes.
3. Control playback and volume primarily from your connected device.

5. LED Flashlight Operation

• Turn On/Off: Press and hold the dedicated LED Flashlight button.
• SOS Function: While the flashlight is on, short press the LED Flashlight button to activate the SOS flashing mode. Short press again to return to steady light.

6. Hands-Free Calling

• When a call comes in during Bluetooth mode, the music will pause.
• Short press the Play/Pause button to answer the call.
• Short press the Play/Pause button again to end the call.
• Long press the Play/Pause button to reject an incoming call.

Maintenance

• Keep the speaker away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and humidity.
• Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• The speaker is splash-proof, but do not immerse it in water.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
• Charge the battery at least once every three months to prolong its lifespan.
