3. Setup and Unfolding
The Babylo Explorer Plus is designed for quick and easy setup. Follow these steps to unfold your stroller:
- Place the folded stroller on a flat surface.
- Release any transport locks if present.
- Hold the handlebar and lift upwards firmly until the frame clicks into its fully open position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.
- Check that the stroller is stable before placing a child inside.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting the Handlebar
The telescopic handlebar can be adjusted to suit your height for comfortable pushing. Locate the adjustment buttons on either side of the handlebar and press them to extend or retract the handle. Release the buttons to lock it in place.
4.2 Adjusting the Backrest and Calf-Rest
For your child's comfort, the backrest and calf-rest can be adjusted to multiple positions. This allows your child to sit upright to observe their surroundings or recline for rest. Refer to the specific adjustment mechanisms on your stroller for detailed operation.
4.3 Securing Your Child (5-Point Harness)
Always secure your child using the 5-point safety harness. Place your child in the seat, bring the shoulder straps over their shoulders, and the waist straps around their waist. Connect the buckles and insert them into the central buckle until they click. Adjust the straps for a snug, secure fit. To release, press the button on the central buckle.

4.4 Folding the Stroller
The Babylo Explorer Plus features a convenient one-hand fold system for compact storage and transport. Follow these general steps:
- Ensure the backrest is in an upright position and the canopy is retracted.
- Locate the one-hand fold mechanism (usually a button or lever on the handlebar or frame).
- Activate the mechanism and guide the stroller to fold downwards and inwards until it locks into its compact position.
- Confirm the stroller is securely locked in the folded position before lifting or storing.

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Babylo Explorer Plus Travel Buggy. The stroller is constructed from fabric, metal, and plastic components.
- Cleaning Fabric Parts: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely.
- Cleaning Frame and Plastic Parts: Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Wheel Maintenance: Periodically check wheels for wear and tear. Remove any debris that may accumulate around the axles.
- Storage: Store the stroller in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Babylo Explorer Plus, refer to the following common solutions:
