5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

1. Insert the 18V Lithium-Ion battery into the provided charger.
2. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Allow approximately 3-5 hours for a full charge. The charger's indicator light will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete.
4. Once charged, remove the battery from the charger.

5.2 Attaching the Battery and Hose

1. Slide the fully charged battery into the base of the compressor until it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the 50 cm pneumatic hose to the air outlet port on the compressor. Ensure it is tightly screwed on to prevent air leaks.
3. Select the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you wish to inflate and attach it to the end of the pneumatic hose.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Inflation Procedure

1. Ensure the battery is charged and securely attached.
2. Attach the correct nozzle adapter to the hose and then to the item to be inflated.
3. Press the power button or trigger to start the compressor.
4. Monitor the pressure gauge closely. Do not exceed the recommended pressure for the item.
5. Once the desired pressure is reached, release the power button/trigger to stop the compressor.
6. Carefully disconnect the nozzle from the item and then detach the hose from the compressor.

6.2 Inflating Car/Bicycle Tires

• Use the standard Schrader valve adapter (usually pre-attached or included).
• Screw the adapter onto the tire valve stem.
• Inflate to the pressure recommended by the vehicle or bicycle manufacturer (typically found on a sticker inside the car door jamb or on the bicycle frame).

6.3 Inflating Sports Balls

• Attach the needle adapter to the hose.
• Carefully insert the needle into the ball's inflation port.
• Inflate to the recommended pressure, usually printed near the inflation port on the ball.

6.4 Inflating Other Items (e.g., Pool Floats)

• Select the appropriate cone-shaped nozzle adapter.
• Insert the nozzle firmly into the inflatable's valve.
• Inflate until the item is firm but not rigid, avoiding over-inflation which can cause damage.

• The compressor has a maximum airflow of 30 liters per minute.
• The battery provides approximately 15 minutes of continuous operation, depending on usage.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

• Ensure the compressor is turned off and the battery is removed before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the compressor with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Keep the air vents clear of dust and debris to ensure proper cooling.

7.2 Battery Care and Storage

• Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% capacity.
