4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Channel Selection

The Relay G10S offers both automatic and manual frequency selection for optimal performance.

  • Automatic: When the transmitter is docked in the receiver, the system automatically scans for the clearest of 11 available channels.
  • Manual: Use the CHANNEL knob on the receiver to manually select a channel (1-11) if you prefer to choose a specific frequency or avoid interference from other wireless systems.

4.3 Cable Tone Simulation

Guitar cables can attenuate high frequencies. The Relay G10S provides a crystal-clear tone with all frequencies intact. If you prefer the sound characteristics of a 10-foot or 30-foot cable, you can activate the Cable Tone switch on the rear of the receiver to simulate this effect.

4.4 Instrument Swapping

The audio is automatically muted when you pull out the transmitter from your instrument, allowing for clean and silent instrument swapping without unwanted pops or noise.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2 Storage

Store the Relay G10S in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the transmitter is docked in the receiver for charging and to prevent loss.
