Top Surface Controls:

• Alarm Icon: Touch to activate/deactivate alarm setting mode.
• HR (Hour): Touch to adjust the hour.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the back of the clock and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The LED display will indicate charging status (e.g., flashing battery icon or specific indicator). A full charge typically takes a few hours.

2. Powering On/Off

The clock is designed to be always on in terms of internal timekeeping. The display can be activated by sound/vibration or set to permanent display mode. To conserve battery, the display will typically turn off after a short period of inactivity in sound-activated mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Time

1. Ensure the display is active. If not, gently tap the clock or make a sound.
2. Touch and hold the HR button on the top surface until the hour digits start flashing.
3. Tap the HR button repeatedly to adjust the hour.
4. Touch and hold the MIN button until the minute digits start flashing.
5. Tap the MIN button repeatedly to adjust the minute.
6. Once the desired time is set, wait a few seconds for the digits to stop flashing, or tap the Alarm Icon to confirm and exit time setting mode.

2. Setting the Alarm

1. Ensure the display is active.
2. Touch and hold the Alarm Icon on the top surface until the alarm time digits start flashing.
3. Use the HR and MIN buttons to set the desired alarm hour and minute, similar to setting the current time.
4. Once the alarm time is set, wait a few seconds for the digits to stop flashing, or tap the Alarm Icon to confirm. The alarm icon on the display will illuminate to indicate the alarm is active.

3. Alarm Functions

• Activating/Deactivating Alarm: Tap the Alarm Icon once to toggle the alarm on or off. The illuminated alarm icon on the display indicates it is active.
• Snooze: When the alarm sounds, tap any of the laser-engraved buttons on the top surface to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause and sound again after a set interval (e.g., 5 minutes).
• Turning Off Alarm: To completely turn off the alarm, either tap the Alarm Icon to deactivate it, or physically flip the clock upside down. When flipped, the display will automatically reorient and the alarm will be deactivated.

4. Display Modes

• Sound/Vibration Activated Display: In this mode, the LED display will turn on when it detects a sound (e.g., a clap, tap on the clock) or vibration. It will automatically turn off after a few seconds of silence to conserve battery. This is the default mode.
• Permanent Display: To keep the display continuously on, tap the V/S button. Tap it again to return to sound/vibration activated mode. Note that permanent display mode will consume battery faster.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the wood finish and electronic components.

Battery Care

• Charge the device regularly, especially if using the permanent display mode.
• Avoid fully depleting the battery for extended periods, as this can reduce its lifespan.
• If storing the clock for a long time, charge it to about 50% and recharge every few months.
