1. Introduction

The Thermrup Electric Heated Insoles provide warmth and comfort for your feet in cold conditions. Designed with durable rubber heating elements and powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, these insoles offer adjustable heat settings for various activities and environments. This manual provides instructions for proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your heated insoles.

4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Trimming the Insoles

The insoles are designed to be trimmed to your specific shoe size for an optimal fit. Follow these steps:

  1. Remove your existing insoles from your shoes.
  2. Place your original insole on top of the Thermrup heated insole, aligning the heels.
  3. Using a marker, trace the outline of your original insole onto the heated insole.
  4. Carefully cut along the marked line using sharp scissors. Ensure not to cut into the heating elements or the integrated cable. The insoles have marked lines for guidance.
  5. Insert the trimmed heated insoles into your shoes.

4.2. Attaching and Connecting Batteries

The batteries are designed to be worn on your legs using the provided straps, allowing for freedom of movement and easy access to controls.

  1. Place each battery into a battery strap.
  2. Securely fasten the battery strap around your lower leg, either above your ankle or below your knee, depending on your preference and comfort. Ensure the strap is snug but not too tight to restrict circulation.
  3. Locate the cable extending from each heated insole.
  4. Plug the cable from each insole into the corresponding battery pack. Ensure a secure connection.

5. Operating Instructions

The Thermrup heated insoles feature 4 distinct temperature settings. Once powered on, you can cycle through these settings:

The battery packs also feature indicator lights to show the remaining battery charge, typically in increments (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). Monitor these lights to know when recharging is necessary.

To charge the Lithium-Ion batteries:

  1. Ensure the battery packs are turned off.
  2. Connect the dual charging cable to both battery packs.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Connect the charging cable to the power adapter.
  5. The battery indicator lights will show the charging progress. Once all lights are solid, the batteries are fully charged.
  6. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
