Product Overview

The TUXING 4500Psi PCP Compressor, Model TXES022, is a compact and high-performance air compressor designed for various applications including PCP air rifles, paintball guns, diving, and fire fighting. It features an adjustable auto-stop function, water cooling system, and an oil-water separator to ensure clean air and stable operation. With a motor power of 1.8KW and an inflating speed of 2800r/min, it can quickly fill tanks up to 4500 PSI (300 BAR).

Important Safety Information

• Always inspect the outer packaging and the machine for any damage upon receipt.
• The compressor's operating temperature should not exceed 85℃. Do not operate for more than 45 minutes continuously.
• Before starting, ensure the oil cap is replaced with the breathing rod and oil is added to the level of the red dot.
• A filter is installed with the filling hose to ensure good air quality.
• Verify that the blue filter and hose are properly assembled and free of leaks when connecting.
• Due to transportation restrictions, silicone oil is not included. Users must prepare suitable silicone oil (e.g., 5W-40 synthetic blend) before use.
• The filling pressure must not exceed 300 Bar / 4500 PSI / 30 MPa.
• For breathing air applications, always use the provided filter to prevent lubricant taste in the air.
• This compressor is designed for sub-liter size bottles. Using it for larger tanks may cause premature wear.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper setup:

1. Prepare for Oil: Open the sealing cover (this is for transportation) and locate the crankcase breather in the accessory pack. Thread it into the oil fill port.
2. Add Compressor Oil: Fill the compressor with recommended oil (e.g., 5W-40 synthetic blend) up to the red indicator dot. DO NOT OVERFILL!
3. Install Pressure Release Valve: Install the pressure release valve screw.
4. Connect Hose: Install the main hose, paying attention to the gasket inside. Tighten it securely with a wrench to prevent air leaks.
5. Install Oil-Water Filter: Disconnect the soft hose and female connector. Open the filter, insert the moisture absorber cotton, then put one seal disc inside the female connector. Connect the filter to the soft hose and fasten it with a wrench.
6. Set up Water Cooling System:
   • Install the water pump by connecting the water nozzle to it.
   • Connect one end of the water pipe to the water nozzle on the pump.
   • Connect the other end of this water pipe to the water inlet in the compressor head.
   • Place the water pump into a water bucket.
   • Take out the second water pipe and connect it to the water outlet in the compressor head.
   • Place the other end of this second water pipe into the water bucket. Ensure there is sufficient water in the bucket. Note: It is recommended to place the water bucket at the same level as the compressor for optimal water flow and cooling efficiency.
7. Connect Power: Connect the power cord to the compressor and then to a suitable power outlet. If the water flow is normal, it indicates correct installation of the cooling system.
8. Test Connection: Use the test plug to check if all connections are normal and secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Set Pressure: Adjust the manometer to set your desired pressure, up to 4500 PSI. The compressor will automatically stop when this pressure is reached.
2. Turn On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position to start the compressor.
3. Monitor Pressure: Observe the pressure gauge as the air fills. The air should rise as expected.
4. Turn Off: Once the desired pressure is reached (or the compressor auto-stops), turn off the power switch.
5. Release Air: Turn the manual bleed knob valve screw to release any remaining air pressure from the system.
6. Test Filling: Connect the hose to your 0.5L air bottle and test the filling process from 0 to 4500 PSI. This typically takes about 5 minutes.

Maintenance

• Oil Level: Check the oil level daily before use and refill immediately if below the recommended level.
• Filter Maintenance: Regularly check and replace the moisture absorber cotton inside the oil-water filter to ensure clean and dry air output.
• General Cleaning: Keep the compressor clean and free from dust and debris to ensure proper ventilation and cooling.

Troubleshooting

• Compressor Not Starting: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the compressor and a working power outlet. Check the power switch is in the 'ON' position.

• Overheating: Ensure the water cooling system is properly set up and the water pump is functioning. The water bucket should have sufficient water and be level with the compressor for optimal flow. Do not exceed the recommended continuous operating time (45 minutes) or temperature (85℃).
• Air Quality Issues: Replace the moisture absorber cotton in the oil-water filter if air quality is poor or moisture is present.
