  1. Function Knob (Pulsante 1): Selects cooking mode.

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (baking trays, grill rack, rotisserie spit, etc.) in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  3. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides and top) to prevent overheating. Do not place near flammable materials.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is not damaged. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (220-240V, 50/60Hz).
  5. First Use Burn-off: It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at maximum temperature (230°C) with both upper and lower heating elements selected. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure the room is well-ventilated during this process.

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place your food on the appropriate accessory (baking tray, grill rack, or rotisserie spit).
  2. Insert Accessories: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position. The oven offers 4 different rack heights for flexibility.

  4. Close Door: Ensure the oven door is securely closed.
  5. Select Heating Mode: Turn the Heating Mode Knob (Pulsante 3) to select the desired heating elements (Upper, Lower, or Upper & Lower).
  6. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Knob (Pulsante 2) to your desired cooking temperature (100°C - 230°C).
  7. Select Function: Turn the Function Knob (Pulsante 1) to select Convection, Rotisserie, or Convection & Rotisserie, if desired.
  8. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob (Pulsante 4) to the desired cooking time (0-60 minutes). The oven will start heating. The indicator light will illuminate.
  9. Monitoring: The integrated oven light allows you to monitor cooking progress.
  10. Completion: Once the set time elapses, the oven will automatically shut off and a bell will sound. Carefully remove food using oven mitts.

Using the Rotisserie Function

  1. Prepare the meat (e.g., chicken) by trussing it securely to ensure it rotates evenly.
  2. Insert the rotisserie spit through the center of the meat and secure it with the forks.
  3. Place the assembled rotisserie spit into the oven's rotisserie sockets. Use the rotisserie handle for safe placement and removal.
  4. Select the "Rotisserie" or "Convection & Rotisserie" function using the Function Knob (Pulsante 1).
  5. Set the desired temperature and cooking time.
  6. The rotisserie will rotate, ensuring even cooking and browning.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven. Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Cleaning the Interior and Exterior

  • Wipe the interior walls, bottom, and glass door with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal utensils as they can damage the oven's surfaces.
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not allow water to drip into the control panel or electrical components.
