6. Maintenance
6.1 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, it is recommended to fully charge the PA system after each use. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
6.2 Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the PA system with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the ports free of dust and debris.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Microphone Noise
If you experience noise when using the microphone, ensure the microphone is not too close to the speaker. This can cause feedback, which is a normal occurrence. Maintain a reasonable distance between the microphone and the speaker. If the microphone is defective, contact customer support for a replacement.
7.2 Low Volume Output
If the volume is low, check both the volume setting on your connected device (e.g., phone) and the Speaker Volume Control Dial on the PA system. Adjust both to the desired level. Note that if the speaker's battery is low, the volume may automatically decrease.
7.3 Bluetooth Disconnection
If Bluetooth disconnects unexpectedly, try re-pairing your device. Ensure your device is within the effective range of the PA system. To manually disconnect Bluetooth, press and hold the Play/Pause button on the control panel.
