4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Inflation (High Pressure)
- Connect the high-pressure hose (6) to the inflator port (11).
- Attach the appropriate nozzle adapter to the hose and secure it to the item to be inflated (e.g., car tire, bicycle tire).
- Turn on the power switch (2). The digital gauge (4) will display the current pressure.
- Press the "UNIT" button (part of 5, Mode switch) to select your desired pressure unit (PSI, BAR, or KPA).
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons (part of 5, Mode switch) to set the target pressure.
- Press the "Start" button (part of 5, Mode switch) to begin inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the hose and nozzle from the item.
4.2 Deflation (Low Pressure)
- Connect the low-pressure hose (12) to the deflator port (13).
- Attach the appropriate nozzle adapter to the hose and secure it to the item to be deflated (e.g., air mattress, inflatable pool).
- Turn on the power switch (2).
- Press the "Start" button to begin deflation. The compressor will actively draw air out of the item.
- Monitor the deflation process and stop the compressor once the desired level of deflation is achieved.
- Disconnect the hose and nozzle from the item.
4.3 Switching Pressure Units
The digital gauge allows easy switching between PSI, BAR, and KPA units. Simply press the "UNIT" button on the mode switch (5) to cycle through the available options until your preferred unit is displayed.

4.4 LED Lamp
To activate the integrated LED lamp (14) for illumination in low-light conditions, press the LED lamp switch (3).
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the compressor exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the compressor and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Utilize the accessory storage (7) and hose holder (8) for organized storage.
- Battery Care: If using the battery, ensure it is charged periodically even when not in use to maintain its lifespan.
- Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect hoses and nozzles for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not turn on. | No power, battery depleted, loose connection. | Ensure power source is connected correctly. Charge or replace battery. Check all cable connections. |
| Compressor runs but does not inflate/deflate. | Hose not properly connected, leak in hose/nozzle, incorrect port used. | Verify hose is securely attached to the correct port (inflator/deflator) and the item. Check for leaks. |
| "Err" message on digital display during high-pressure inflation. | Over-pressure detected, internal malfunction. | Disconnect from power, wait a few minutes, then retry. If the error persists, contact customer support. Ensure the target pressure is within the device's maximum limit (1034 kPa / 150 PSI). |
| Nozzle adapter detaches or leaks. | Improper attachment, worn adapter. | Ensure adapters are securely screwed or pressed onto the hose and valve. Replace damaged adapters. |
